TICKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT: Purchasing a ticket and attending the listed event is both voluntary and at your own risk. You must be a consensual committed couple or consensual single female attending this event at your own free will.  You understand and agree that neither Deviate Network, nor its owners, directors, staff, affiliates and parent companies collectively or the venue at which the events take place, and you hereby expressly release all parties involved from any and all claims arising from, or in any way connected to, the foregoing. This agreement merges and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and/or representations between the parties relating to the listed events. You understand that your donation for party/event admission, is to cover cost of the venue, music, entertainment, in some cases food and other expenses related to the event only. Any subsequent activities either before, after or during the event are of your own consent and not included in the cost of admission or the liability of its owners, directors, staff, affiliates and parent companies collectively or the venue. You also agree that by attending the above mentioned event that you agree to the rules and regulations listed above and of the venue and above mentioned affiliates. This agreement shall be construed, governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with all Federal and State laws of the United States and the State of New York, and the parties consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of New York for any and all issues arising out of, or related to, the terms of this agreement or your attendance at the listed events. 

COVID-19 DISCLAIMER: By registering for this event you consent to the following agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that we may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending this event and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at this event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Deviate Network LLC and Hudson Valley Resort & Spa employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families.

I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself and spouse, partner or guests (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I my spouse, partner or guests may experience or incur in connection with my attendance to this event or on event grounds.

I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Deviate Network llc & Hudson Valley Resort & Spa and it's entities, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of above said Club and venue, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Deviate Network LLC Events or Venues
